Pricing Information

The prices shown are for two or four people per day.
The local tourist tax of € 1.75 per day per person (for guests over 14 years of age) is not included in the price. 

• Minimum stay in low season: three nights (flexible arrival and departure dates)
• Minimum stay in high season: seven nights (arrival and departure on Saturday) 

Discounts and supplements

• Breakfast basket with choice of items (surcharge)
• Single rooms (no kitchen) with option of breakfast basket (price on request)
• Supplement for short stays (1-4 days): € 30 - € 70 per day, per apartment
• Additional guests: € 20 supplement for each extra person in the apartment
• End of stay cleaning: € 45
• Discounts for children: children up to age 3 stay for free
• Dogs: dogs are allowed on request and only in some apartments - with a supplement of € 15 per night. We reserve the right to charge for any final cleaning if necessary. We would like to advise customers that dogs are not allowed in the shared garden or sauna area.

Cancellation policy

Cancelling a reservation is never pleasant for anyone. But unexpected things can always happen. If this occurs, we will naturally try to help you.

• In the event of cancellation, your deposit will be retained.
• If you cancel up to six weeks before the start of your holiday: your deposit will be retained, but no other charges will be made.
• If you cancel up to two weeks before the start of your holiday, you will be charged: 50% of the total price
• If you cancel in the two weeks preceding the start of your holiday, you will be charged: 70% of the total price
• In the event of late arrival or early departure, we charge the entire amount agreed at time of booking.
